Below shows correspondence with Sally Byrne, the deputy head at Market Drayton Junior school. As I already had a range of experience in primary schools, I thought a Junior school would be different, especially Chester had told me to gain more experience in KS2 and observing english lessons.
To make my experience worthwhile and also relate to both my teaching aspirations and design practice, I asked if I could do a design project with the children and also get feedback on some of my designs for children in which the answer was yes.
